SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (within India) :

  • To metros - Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

  • To the rest of India : Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days. 

Free Shipping & Standard Shipping:

  • Enjoy free on orders of or above Rs. 999 

  • For order less than Rs. 999 a standard shipping rate of Rs. 50 is charged

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information.
     

  • We deliver our products across India via the major and the most trusted courier services of shiprocket. You will be able to track your order on the courier company website through the link in your shipping confirmation email

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Athletix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Issues:

  • In the event of delivery issues, such as lost or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at athletix0999@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
     

  • In case of damaged items, we kindly ask you to provide an unboxing video of the parcel right after it's delivered for a smooth assistance provided which, you can select either a return/replacement of the product/s. 

Note : Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Timeframe for Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 5 days of receiving your order.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.

Reverse Pickup Process

  • Reverse pick-up will be done by us, at no extra charges.

  • However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.

  • Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

  • In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.

Exclusions - 'Sale' Items

Items on 'Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Innerwear Policy
